This mask is from the full figure of St. Andrew created by Flemish-Italian sculptor François Duquesnoy (c. 1597-1643). Although Baroque in style, Duquesnoy's figures were known for being subdued. The original St. Andrew is in marble and stands over 14 feet high (about 177 inches) in the Basilica di San Pietro in the Vatican. It is accompanied by three figures all sculpted by Gian Lorenzo Bernini.
